Do you still deliver during Covid-19?

Yes, Sweet As Popcorn factory will still operate as an essential business, you will be able to buy Sweet As Popcorn from all the supermarkets, petrol stations and some dairies. Of course, You will also be able to get our popcorn online and it will be delivered to your door!

 

Do you ship to overseas address?

Unfortunately, we only send to address within New Zealand at the moment.

 

What is the shipping cost?

For Urban Delivery, it is $7/order; for Rural / Non-Urban Delivery, it is $12/order.

Free Shipping over $70.

For Lucky Box, it is free shipping. (You could include a lucky box in your order to qualify for free delivery for the whole order!)

 

When do I expect to receive my order?

It takes only 2-4 work days from Sweet As Popcorn to your door. Please allow some delay at this time we appreciate your patience.

 

How do I change / cancel my order?

Please send us an email ([email protected]) with your order number and the changes you want to make. If the order hasn’t been sent out, we can fix it for you!

 

How do I make a payment?

We accept Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer.

When you make Direct Bank Transfer, please use your Order Number as the bank transfer reference. Your order will NOT be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. (It might take 1 work day.)

We recommend Paypal because it is instant and easy!
