If you received a product by mistake please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you or a replacement voucher. There is no restocking fee for replacement orders.

If the product was defective please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange for either a replacement product or email voucher. We may ask for the product to be returned for investigation. A courier will be provided should this be required at no cost to you.

We are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind.
